Country Chair For Guyana

Natasha Martindale is the CFO of Fearless Media and a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years’ experience in financial management and general accounting. Throughout her career, she’s worked across numerous online media and marketing & advertising industry sectors mainly within the Start-up environment. She has worked with both large and smaller companies to help improve their financial systems and controls. She is one of the members for TAPCEnterprise Limited (Tapcel), an international accounting firm offering booking and accounting services to assist individuals, owner-managed and small and medium size enterprises to properly manage their business, achieve sustainable success through creating opportunities and implementing proper controls to scale their business.

Natasha is a proud Guyanese whose love for her country sees her volunteering her time and artistic skills in giving back. She co-founder FACTS (Fashion, Art & Creativity by Talented Students), an organization whose mission and sole aim was to inspire Guyanese students to embrace their artistic abilities, build their careers and live their dreams. Prior to cofounding FACTS, Natasha also founded GYSPHERE – Generation Y, creativity unleashed and launched Guyana’s first Poetry compilation recorded CD and was the first to introduce poetry slam competitions to Guyana as a registered member of the Poetry Slam movement.

In 2013 she was selected as the National Director/Franchise Holder for Miss World Guyana. With her at the helm as National Director along with a small team of committed and talented Guyanese, Guyana achieved back to back top 10 placements at the Miss World competition in 2014 and 2015. In 2013 she also founded Majesty International Inc, with the aim of blending her talents, passion and drive to help shape and mold the minds of young Guyanese women in an effort to have them believe in themselves in order to live their best versions. Natasha is now ready to marry two great purpose brands, Miss World Guyana and Global Dignity Guyana and take her mission to new heights.
