Country Chair For Brazil

Camila Monteiro Santos, PhD, is a Brazilian legal scholar and international academic leader specializing in Environmental Law, climate governance, and human dignity within global sustainability frameworks. She holds a PhD in Environmental Law from the University of Alicante (Spain) and completed postdoctoral research at Universidade do Vale do ItajaĆ­ (Brazil), including a research period at Widener University Delaware Law School (USA). Camila currently serves as Internationalization Manager at UNIVALI, where she leads global academic partnerships and promotes international cooperation in higher education. Her work connects environmental law, human dignity, and transnational collaboration across the Global South and North.
