There are so many things you can do right now to lead a life that is based on the values and principles of dignity.

Take The Pledge

Global Dignity began in one classroom with 30 students in 2006. Be part of the growing movement for dignity and volunteer in your country.

Volunteer

Every nonprofit organization is only as strong as its base and network of support. We would so appreciate your support of our efforts at any level.

Dignity Centered Leadership

Our volunteer leaders, both Country Chairs and Partner Organizations, organize Global Dignity Day each fall and Dignity Workshops year-round in classrooms and schools, with community and youth organizations, in refugee communities, and in youth prisons.

“Our work is about seeing the potential in everyone – everywhere.”

John Hope Bryant, Co-founder

If you are looking to get involved and don’t see your country listed above, we welcome you to explore the possibility of becoming a Country Chair and establishing a Global Dignity chapter in your country.

Country Chairs

Global Dignity’s Country Chairs form the dynamic leadership network that is the foundation of all of our work. Thoughtful, creative and deeply dedicated to building communities based on values of equality, justice, compassion and understanding, each Country Chair organizes Global Dignity Day, as well as learning workshops, forums and other gatherings throughout the year.

The majority of our Country Chairs are also Young Global Leaders, Global Shapers or Schwab Social Entrepreneur Fellows, connected to Global Dignity through the World Economic Forum network. Country Chairs connect us to key leaders in Ministries of Education, networks of schools and teachers, as well as to business and civil society leaders who share our values.

Country Chairs, along with our Board, leaders from our Partner Organizations and members of our International Council of Advisors meet in an annual Strategy Retreat each Spring.
