Dignity-Centered Leadership

Global Dignity’s Country Chairs form the dynamic leadership network that is the foundation of all of our work. Often working within schools, community and youth organizations and in refugee communities.

"For peace is not merely the absence of visible conflict. Only a just peace based on the inherent rights and dignity of every individual can truly be lasting."

Barack Obama

Global Dignity’s Country Chairs

Global Dignity’s Country Chairs represent Global Dignity in their nations and are critical to the success and vitality of our organization and movement. Country Chairs provide the vision and leadership for the actual work Global Dignity does on the ground in their country, helping to engage the right organizations and leaders in our work, and thinking strategically about how best Global Dignity can make an impact.

Thoughtful, creative and deeply dedicated to building communities based on values of equality, justice, compassion and understanding, each Country Chair organizes Global Dignity Day, as well as learning workshops, forums and other gatherings throughout the year.

Although working to engage young people is a top priority for Global Dignity, our leaders engage people of all ages.
