Heba Faheem

Country Chair For Yemen

Heba is passionate about women empowerment in Yemen and has been leading projects for women empowerment and against early marriage for several years. In 2013 she won the SafirLab scholarship to implement an early marriage project in Paris. As the representative of the Yemeni Business Women’s Centre and the International Public Relations Manager at the Union of Adeni Small Projects Owners, she supports women to build up their small projects.

Heba is the Founder of the Global Shapers Aden Hub, Marketing Manager for Tedx Aden, and Founder & Director of PKN (Pecha Kucha Night – Aden, Amman) which was established in 2013 and has conducted over a dozen events touching on religion, sustainable projects, youth and women empowerment. She was awarded for best youth engagement director award in Tokyo for Pecha Kucha. Heba holds a Bachelors in International Business Administration from University of New Brunswick, Canada.
